RCRT was formed in 2006 by Dr Andrew Gray. Andrew has a PhD in astrophysics from Cambridge University, and has worked extensively in the fields of quantitative analysis, software development and systems engineering. He has previously held the positions of (Group) head of Risk Management Technology and also (Group) head of Risk-Adjusted Portfolio Analysis for major UK banking groups.
